Christmas 2009

Wow I can't believe Christmas is over. We had a great time with the kids. We really miss the family dinners. We can't wait to visit WA in 2 weeks. The kids are getting big and keeping us busy. I can't wait for everyone to meet our little boss Paisley. She is incharge of all, so she thinks. Big personality for a little girl. Gunner is always trying new things and wants to be like Jason. He has no fears.

Well it's been along time. Here are some pics from our WA trip. I had so much fun. I think the kids did to. WA is the best in the summer the weather is perfect. Can't wait to go back next summer. We are now snow birds. Jason will be able to come next time. Paisley is getting so big turning 1 next week. I remember bringing her home thinking she would never grow. Gunner is bigger than life. He is my wild boy. The kid will try anything. He loves getting dirty and loved quad rides with Grandpa, He still talks about it.

Here is a little video of me pulling a piece of cactus out of my arm. I was riding my quad in the dark, and these will fall off the cactus all over the ground. Well one was in the trail, but I didn't see it and my front tire grabbed it and then flung it into my arm ( it hurt). Another funny story about Cholla cactus. When I was in the academy we were doing all sits, and there was one of these underneath me. Someone pointed it out to me so I thought it would be funny to toss it at someone and have them bat it away and get pricked (sick sense of humor I guess). Well instead of batting it away he, just turned his head and it stuck in his ear! Ha it was so funny it was just hanging there. I thought I was going to get fired, but the Captains couldn't hold a straight face. They said because I was from out of state they would let it slide, but not to throw any more cactus.

We had alot of fun, We just wish the weather was better while we were there. It was cold and rainy. It was like we were in Washington. The drive wasn't bad. The kids did really good. I really didn't take enough pics. Hopefully I can do better next time. We want to go back once Jason's brothers and sister are out of school. Gunner loves playing with the kids are the kids are so good with Paisley and Gunner. I wish we lived closer. Jason dreams of living in Utah someday. I hope it comes true.

I can't believe it is April already. Next month Gunner turns 2. That is so crazy to me. He is learning to talk more and more. It is so fun to watch him learn. He is all boy, but he still likes my pureses and high heels. So funny to hear him clop around on the hardwood floors. Paisley has a big personality. She is always talking and screaming. Her laugh is so cute. She loves playing with Gunner. Be careful though cause if you take something away from her she freaks out.

She loves music and singing. We had to cancel our fun Idaho/Utah trip. Jason is doing Enigeneer cert this summer so he can drive the Fire Trucks. We are kinda bummed but Jason has wanted to do this forever and he will be really good at it.

Paisley

Paisley has such a personality. She was screaming in her bumbo while I was doing the dishes. Then it got really quit. I turned around and she was in the kettle corn munching it up. So funny. She was all smiles until I took it away then it was meltdown time. She does not like when things are taken away from her that she likes. Her top two teeth are so cute, they are big and have a gap in the middle.
